Shipping

All shipping is free on every order, no exceptions. Smaller items are shipped via standard postal service, while higher-priced pieces and special orders are sent by FedEx for added security and speed.

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Most Canadian and U.S. deliveries arrive within 5–10 business days. Custom or special-order pieces may take up to 5-6 weeks for production before shipping. Tracking details are provided by email once your order ships.

Returns

We stand behind every piece we make. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at himfluencecreative@outlook.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Once received and inspected, approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Custom or personalized items (including Bespoke Ballistics designs) are non-refundable.
